Hi, I’m Hetal Renjit! I’m an artist, coach, and founder of Artfelt Expressions. My journey into Meditative Pattern Art started during one of the toughest times in my life. It was a time filled with emotional distress that took a toll on my health, leading to issues like high blood pressure, severe acid reflux, and high cholesterol. I discovered Meditative Pattern Art in those challenging moments, and it brought me immense peace and solace.
This art form helped me express my pent-up emotions and regain control over my mental and physical well-being. It transformed my life, and that’s when I knew I had to share it with others. I am a firm believer that it all starts in the mind and then manifests in the body. To ensure we do not manifest havoc in the body, it is necessary to address the havoc in the mind.I believe that everyone, no matter their background or challenges, has the power to express themselves and find peace through art. My mission is to help emotionally stressed individuals, professionals, and art enthusiasts release their emotions and manage stress through Meditative Pattern Art.
